Bollywood actor-producer Saif Ali Khan says he always wanted to make a sequel to his 1994 hit movie “Main Khiladi Tu Anari”, but he is sure the project will not take shape.

A daily recently reported that Saif might soon make a sequel to the movie, which also featured Akshay Kumar and Shilpa Shetty. But Saif has denied the news.

“Actually, I was talking to somebody from the press, and we were talking about sequels becoming popular these days, and I remember when we did ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’, I don’t know how many years ago, I had said, ‘We should make a sequel’. Everybody said ‘No, how can you make the sequels, it’s not a very good idea’.

“So then somebody asked would you make a sequel to ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’ and I thought why not, we have been open to making it, but I don’t think there is any such plans and I can probably for sure tell you that it won’t happen,” Saif told reporters here.

Akshay Kumar and Bobby Deol courted their ‘Thank You’ co-star Sonam Kapoor: Akshay Kumar and Bobby Deol called on their ‘Thank You’ co-star Sonam Kapoor at her Juhu residence on Wednesday. In fact, Sonam had a high fever for the past few days due to which she was admitted in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital on 1st April. She was discharged from hospital post recovery on Monday.

However, it was a surprise visit for which Sonam’s papa dear Anil Kapoor was highly delighted and was gratified for the duo’s concern for his dearest child. A joint production of UTV Motion Pictures and Hari Om Productions, Thank You, directed by Anees Bazmee, is slated for a worldwide release on Friday.

Asin Thottumkal drops out with hair specialist? Asin Thottumkal reportedly threw a tantrum at her stylist because she was unhappy with the number of extensions that the woman put into her hair. According to The Times of India, the actress accused the stylist of deliberately making her look “ugly”. A source told the paper: “The situation was so tense in the dressing room that the hair stylist even contemplated quitting.

“However, at one point, she snapped back, which is when Asin said that she was being deliberately sabotaged by someone who wanted her to look ugly, and she stormed out of the make-up room.”Thottumkal puts at least six hair extensions in to make her hair look thicker, the site claims. And if the recent reports are to be believed then it appears that Farah Khan is planning to shoot one of the highlight songs of the film in the exotic Chandigarh.

The cast and crew of ‘Joker’ are presently stationed in Chandigarh and Farah shall be choreographing this peppy track in this beautiful city. Akshay Kumar replaces Priyanka Chopra as reality show host, puts rival Ajay Devgn out of competition

It can be revealed now. Akshay Kumar returns as host of the next season of reality TV show Khatron Ke Khiladi, replacing Priyanka Chopra and pipping the other contender, Ajay Devgn to the post.

Khiladi Kumar is expected to fly down to Cape Town, where the fourth season will be shot in the first week of March.

Since Priyanka Chopra’s hosting of the show didn’t drive up TRPs as expected, Colors (the channel the show airs on) decided to play it safe and go with a proven winner: Akki.

“However”, says an insider, “Ajay Devgn was keen to host KKK4 and was in talks with the channel. Also, given the rivalry between the two actors, it would be like thumbing his nose at his rival.

Sonakshi Sinha gets Kamal Haasan’s eyes as well: Sonakshi Sinha is filling up her kitty with plump projects pretty fast and has already replaced Katrina Kaif in one of the soap endorsements. Now she has caught the eyes of the south Indian superstar Kamal Haasan. It is being reported that the ‘Chachi 420’ actor wants to cast the one film old actress in a film that would be made by a production house based in Hyderabad.

The film that Kamal Haasan has in mind to do with Sonakshi is an adaptation of the Hollywood film ‘Hannibal’, which had Sir Anthony Hopkins. The film is said to be directed by Selvaraghavan and Sonakshi has been approached to play the role that was played by Julianne Moore in the original flick. It is reported that Selvarghavan will go to Chandigarh to meet the ‘Dabangg’ star to give her the narration of the film.

Akshay Kumar is a religious guy. He greets his friends with a Jai Mata Di, he visits the Vaishnodevi temple in Jammu every year. And now, he has organised a havan at his father-in-law Rajesh Khanna’s bungalow, Aashirwaad.

The bungalow on Carter Road now sports a spanking new and improved look, unlike its rundown state last year.

Akshay Kumar in the sequel of Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai, will essay the character of the dreaded underworld don

Akshay Kumar will play the lead part in Ekta Kapoor’s Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai sequel. This one, too, will be directed by Milan Luthria.

While the original traced the life of the don Haji Mastan (played by Ajay Devgn), the sequel will trace the rise of Dawood Ibrahim.
